Remove a node from the org chart.
If the node in question is a manager (i.e. someone with reports represented as sub-nodes in the org chart), the sub-organizations are deleted recursively
Note that deleting someone from the org chart does not delete all the metadata associated with them (such as email, title, timezone). The person remains visible in the list of known people for future use.
