Custom Teams are arbitrary groups of people that you can use to filter and group metrics by. Typical use-cases for Custom Teams are:
- Representing Scrum teams
- Representing matrix organizations
- In general, representing any group of people that does not fit within a hiearchical model
Teams have 2 levels of visibility, captured by the ownership field:
usermeans that the team is only visible by the current user. Teams belonging to other users are therefore not returned.companymeans that the team is visible by the whole company
